Lee Woodward named in the world's Top Trainers

Lee Woodward, CEO of Real Estate Academy, has been named by the US magazine Training in the Top 10 of its annual Top Young Trainer (TYT) Awards. The awards recognise the outstanding talents, accomplishments and leadership exhibited by 40 learning professionals age 40 and under.

 

Lee was honoured to receive the international recognition for his work. As a trainer from a small Australian business amongst a field of trainers from big corporates worldwide, the scope of achievement was amplified. As a result of winning the award, he has been invited to participate in an international advisory board for other young trainers.

 

To qualify, candidates were required to possess a minimum of three years’ experience in the training field and manage at least three direct reports or have orchestrated a large scale training/learning and development initiative. Other criteria included:

Stellar leadership skills and career progression in an accelerated timeframe

Success in meeting a difficult training challenge or completing a training turnaround job

Development of innovative training solutions or programs

The ability to consistently produce training results

A demonstrated ability to design training programs that are strategically aligned with the business

Development of an outstanding training initiative or best practice and its impact on the company.
