The Ray White Group will be attending the world’s largest property expo to examine the latest developments in the global real estate sector.
Ray White Commercial CEO Mark Williams will lead a 20-strong delegation to EXPO REAL - the 13th International Trade Fair for Commercial Property and Investment which is being held in Munich, Germany, from October 3-6, 2010.
More than 36,000 people, including visitors from 73 countries, are expected to attend EXPO REAL, which will feature around 1600 exhibitors.
“EXPO REAL in Munich is the annual powerhouse of European real estate and it is a tremendous opportunity to gain knowledge from real estate leaders from a variety of European countries,” Mr Williams said.
“It caters to the full spectrum of the property sector, offering an international networking platform for markets spanning Europe, Russia, the Middle East and the United States.
“Active market participants are focussing on what lies ahead and are looking out for new business models, market segments and sustainable trends for the future.”
Mr Williams said Ray White during the conference would be hosting client functions in conjunction with Austrade that will enable delegates to mix with international property identities and those interested in the Australian real estate sector.
“We will also be touring notable Munich real estate developments,” he said.
Mr Williams said the international study tours had become an annual event for the Ray White Group and its clients, with previous destinations including Shanghai, New York, Miami and last year Tokyo.
“Each year we visit international property hotspots to experience global innovations in commercial and residential property, development, design, finance and marketing relevant to each destination,” he said.
“It is a platform for relationship building, learning and inspiration.”
