 After months of preparation, YONG Corporate Toastmaster was officially chartered on the 1st of May. The Yong Toastmaster President, Aswin Satya, proundly presented the charter paper to the Toastmasters International President, Gary Schmidt.

After months of preparation, YONG Corporate Toastmaster was officially chartered on the 1st of May. The Yong Toastmaster President, Aswin Satya, proundly presented the charter paper to the Toastmasters International President, Gary Schmidt.  Gary is from America and was paying a visit to Queensland while attending the Division Conference held in Caloundra. 
 
The Yong Corporate Toastmaster club is supported by many experienced toastmasters.  Apart from its President, Aswin Satya, other experienced members include Val Broady, a previous Division Governor, Judy Dawsonwood, the current Area Governor as well as Judy Dale, also a previous Division Governor. The aim of the Yong Corporate Toastmaster Club, whose members are made up of predominately Yong Real Estate Associates, is to improve the Yong teams’ communication and leadership skills to ensure Yong continues to offer six star service to every client.

 

Toastmasters International is a not for profit training organisation that focuses on communication and leadership development. There are over 800 clubs with over 17,000 members throughout Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. www.toastmasters.org.au
