Australia’s real estate industry is about to get a major marketing shake-up, with the launch of an innovative program that allows agents, property managers, mortgage brokers and other professionals to provide clients free access to property data.
PriceFinder will launch the Sh@re program as an add-on to its existing Pro Package, on 15 May 2010. The application represents a major shift in the way consumers can access property data. Under the current approach, property data suppliers charge one-off fees to casual customers for price estimates, sales histories or suburb reports.
PriceFinder already provides property industry professionals a quick and easy reference to the estimated sale price, rental price and potential yield of a property within the current market or any time in recent history. PriceFinder also provides access to a revolutionary map-searching tool, recent sales, millions of property photos and listings and much more. Sh@re allows PriceFinder subscribers to allow their clients free access to this information with the click of a button.
PriceFinder's Chief Operating Officer Kent Lardner says this is the first product of its kind in Australia, and he believes it will make a big impact on the property industry. “This is going to be a fantastic marketing tool with so many possibilities,” he says. “Real estate agents could offer access to buyers, sellers and landlords, and mortgage brokers can provide detailed information with new clients – this application is limited only by imagination!” www.pricefinder.com.au.
